Sign in with the Twitch account that owns your channel
This lets Creati's Bot create the reward on the correct channel.
Select Login at the top of the site, approve the Twitch authorization, and continue to the dashboard. If Twitch shows more than one account, confirm you are using the broadcaster account—not a separate bot or moderator account.
Open Rewards and start a new reward
Start in Creati's Bot rather than creating an empty reward on Twitch.
From the dashboard, open Rewards in the navigation. Select Create Reward near the top of the page or the Add New Reward card in your reward list.
You will land on a page titled Add a feature. This is where you decide what happens when a viewer redeems the reward.
Choose Text to Speech
This is the feature that reads each viewer's submitted message aloud.
Choose Text to Speech from the feature list. Creati's Bot will configure the new Twitch reward to require viewer text, so you do not need to create or bind a separate reward on Twitch first.
Using a reward you already have
Open the reward from your Rewards page, select Add Features, and choose Text to Speech. In Twitch, confirm that Require Viewer to Enter Text is enabled.
Pick a voice and set its volume
Preview a voice, choose it, and set a starting volume.
The voice picker opens on the AI tab. Use the play control on a voice to hear its sample, or switch to Standard for classic voices. Selecting a voice advances you to the volume screen.
Preview the selected voice again, adjust the volume, and choose Next. Start around the middle of the slider; you can edit the feature later after hearing it alongside your microphone and game audio.
Choose the reward details and create it
Set the title, price, and color viewers will see on Twitch.
Review the suggested title, choose a Channel Point cost, and select a color. The creator offers 500, 1,000, 1,500, and 2,000-point presets, plus a custom amount. For TTS, the default starting price is 1,500 points.
Select Create Reward. Creati's Bot creates the reward through Twitch, enables viewer message input, attaches the selected TTS voice, and returns you to the Rewards page with the new reward highlighted.
Add the Alert URL to OBS
This Browser Source is what plays the TTS alert on stream.
If the dashboard shows Just one final step!, choose Set Up Alerts. You can also copy the Alert URL from the dashboard Home page or from Profile → Copy Alert URL.
First, in Creati's Bot
- 1Choose Set Up Alerts, or open Profile → Copy Alert URL.
- 2Copy the complete Alert URL before switching to OBS.
Then, in OBS
- 1In Sources, select + → Browser.
- 2Name it Creati Alerts and paste the URL.
- 3Use your stream resolution. For 1080p, enter 1920 × 1080.
- 4Select OK and keep the source visible in scenes that should play alerts.
Verify the connection and test the reward
Make sure the alert reaches OBS before you go live.
Return to the setup window and select I've added the browser source. Creati's Bot checks whether the Alert page is connected. If it succeeds, send a test alert and confirm you can see and hear it in OBS.
Finally, open your Twitch channel, redeem the new reward, and enter a short message. The redemption should reach the Browser Source and play with the voice and volume you selected.
You are ready to go live
Once the real redemption plays in OBS, your core setup is complete. Keep the Browser Source active and adjust the reward after hearing how it fits your stream mix.
If your TTS reward does not play
The dashboard cannot detect the Browser Source
Confirm that the Alert URL was copied completely, the OBS Browser Source is visible, and the source has finished loading. Wait a moment, then run the connection check again.
The alert appears but has no sound
Check that the Browser Source and OBS audio are not muted, then compare the TTS feature volume with your other audio sources. Send another test before going live.
Viewers cannot enter a TTS message
The Twitch reward must require viewer text. Rewards created through the current TTS flow enable this automatically; manually created or older rewards may need that setting enabled in Twitch.
An existing Twitch reward is missing
Open Profile in the Creati's Bot dashboard and use Refresh Rewards, then return to the Rewards page.
